Our Story

Preferred Construction was built around a simple idea: do the work properly, communicate clearly, and treat every project like it matters.

We handle residential and commercial concrete, roofing, masonry, general contracting, and commercial snow removal throughout Metro Detroit. That includes everything from walkways and driveways to larger commercial projects, property management work, and municipal partnerships.
